Happy Wednesday. I’m finally back in the winners circle, let’s keep it that way.
Today’s Lesson:
The cream always rises to the top.
The Denver Nuggets go on the road tonight to play a beat up and worn down Thunder squad. One thing I know about Nuggets Head Coach Michael Malone is that he’s a motivator. Denver and OKC are both fighting for top spot in the west, and the Thunder have already beaten the Nuggets twice in Denver. This is an important tiebreaker game, division game, and Western Conference game. Malone will have these boys ready to play tonight. The fact the Nuggets are 2 point dogs makes betting on the Nuggets that much more attractive.
The only question is if Nikola Jokic plays, as he’s listed as questionable on the injury report with back soreness. But the Thunder also have a questions. Jalen Williams (probably the most underrated player in the entire NBA) and Isaiah Joe are OUT. And SGA, Chet Holmgren and Lu Dort are all questionable. I’m betting on the Nuggets injury situation, even if it possibly compromises the best player in the league, compared to the Thunder for tonight’s matchup.
