So at the end of last night’s Heat-Nuggets game, this happened:
Nikola Jokic and Markieff Morris were both ejected from the game after the two exchanged hard fouls. pic.twitter.com/AtOklXIU5k

First a little context.
The Nuggets were up 111-94 with 2:39 left on the clock. The game was over. Honestly, I don’t even know why Nikola Jokic was still in the game. Nuggets head coach Michael Malone tends to do this too often.
Anyways, Jokic and the Nuggets had just beat the shit out of the Miami Heat. A Heat team, by the way, that was 7-2 coming into the game and looking every bit like one of the best teams in the NBA. Jokic did what he does. Dropping a cool 25 points, 15 rebounds, 10 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. An MVP doing MVP things.
So down 17 points in a game they’d already lost, Markieff Morris decides to go knee first into Jokic’s still recovering knee, while simultaneously jamming his elbow into Jokic’s ribs. On a simple take foul. Totally uncalled for. But that’s the Morris brothers MO. Markeiff and his brother Marcus are notorious for shit like this.
This time, they didn’t realize who they were fucking with.
It wasn’t Nikola Jokic. It wasn’t the Denver Nuggets. It was the whole goddamn country of Serbia.
This video made me think:
Jimmy Butler had words for Nikola Jokic after his foul on Markieff Morris. pic.twitter.com/iZnZbDs7uH

Jimmy Butler is a bad dude, don’t get me wrong. The man was essentially homeless when he was 13 years old and spent some very hard early years growing up in some really troubled areas of Houston.
But Jokic grew up in the middle of a Serbian civil war.
So while guys like Markieff Morris and Jimmy Butler had to deal with everything that comes from growing up in the hood; gangs, gun violence, drugs, etc….Nikola Jokic literally grew up with bombs exploding in his back yard.
There’s levels to this.
Also, the NBA is such a fake tough guy league.
Butler talking to Jokic, from about the same distance i would talk shit to a bear.

Notice how Jimmy Butler didn’t do anything in the moment? But all of a sudden when he knew cameras were on him he acted like he was gonna come beat up Jokic?
And after the game, this picture was taken.

“Hold up, I’m not in the picture! Wait! Ok, we good. Everyone look mean.” – Jimmy Butler, probably.
It’s all so theatrical.
But wait, we haven’t even gotten to the best part.
Last night after the game, Marcus Morris, Markieff’s brother, tweeted this:
Waited till bro turned his back smh. NOTED ✍🏾
— Marcus Morris (@MookMorris2) November 9, 2021
So Jokic must be shaking in his boots right?
Wrong.
Jokic has brothers of his own.
Remember these guys?

The best part? The absolute best part of this whole gosh darn thing?
Last night the Jokic Brothers created a Twitter account, purely just to talk shit to the Morris Brothers.
You should leave this the way it is instead of publicly threatening our brother!Your brother made a dirty play first . If you want to make a step further be sure we will be waiting for you !! Jokic Brothers

This is real.
Just got a text from Jokic’s brother. This is their real account responding to Marcus Morris’s tweet last night. https://t.co/ON4AH3JxwN

And it’s spectacular.
I can’t decide what the best part is.
Is it their non existent profile picture?
Is it the fact they gained instant Twitter fame overnight? (Currently already over 32K Followers)
The best part has to be the way they signed off on the tweet at the end, “Jokic Brothers.”
The best part for me? My absolute favorite part of this whole Jokic Brothers Twitter experience so far?
They only follow one person. They could literally follow anyone in the world, and they choose to follow one guy.

Who do they follow you ask?

Jamal Motherfuckin Murray.

So there you have it, the NBA has officially been warned.
Don’t mess with Jokic, his Brothers, or the Country of Serbia.
It’s a fight you simply will not win.

The Joker is in a league of his own.
