It’s one thing to try and be progressive and include women in a list if the top 100 athletes since 2000, even though we all know this list would literally include zero women if we’re actually talking athletic ability. It’s another thing to put fuckin Maya Moore ahead of BARRY BONDS on any list ever. Tamika Catchings is a better basketball player than Kevin Durant…huh ESPN?

But ESPN put Serena ahead of the 3 greatest male tennis players ever. And for some reason put Roger Federer ahead of Djokovic? This ranking makes absolutely no sense on so many levels.

As a society we have to make a choice:
Are we gonna go back to having some semblance of common sense? Or are we gonna continue putting Candace Parker ahead of Ray Lewis on a list of “greatest athletes?”
