Sometimes life is good to you. No matter what you’ve done in the past, you reap the rewards life can offer anyways. This is especially true with cheaters. You know the old saying – “If you ain’t cheating, you ain’t winning.”
On the other hand, when you’re cheap, life often smacks you around a few times before you finally learn your lesson that “you get what you pay for.” Then, when you finally stop being cheap, and finally seize on an opportunity, the ones loyal to you will start to despise you. Your life will change for the better, but their life will unfortunately get worse.
There is no place where these two things are more true than Major League Baseball.
Anyways, the Houston Astros are fighting to stay atop their division at home tonight against the Oakland (soon to be Las Vegas) A’s.
